Euclid releases the first map of dark matter
An area of sky equal to two thousand full Moons. It is the start of the largest three-dimensional map of the cosmos ever made.
ESA’s Euclid space telescope has released the first results of its survey: a map charting the distribution of dark matter across an unprecedented portion of the sky.
